Park Royal is situated 50% in Ealing, 40% in Brent and the remaining 10% is in Hammersmith, all of which are in north west London, It is the largest business and industrial estate in London covering over 1606 acres.
Park royal has a large commuter population with 35,000 people employed by the 1,200 plus companies based there. The commuter’s are served by a number of train stations including Harlesden station which operates on the Bakerloo underground line and park royal underground station which operates on the Piccadilly underground line. A good road system also runs around the industrial and business park with the Park royal road (B4492) on the eastern side, the Western Avenue (A40) leading onto the Hanger lane gyratory system on the southern side of the park and the North circular road (A406) covering the west side of the business and industrial estate.
